Tobin Shields has been teaching programming and information technology for over 5 years. He taught high school students in in a CTE-focused program within the GBSD, and is now a full-time cybersecurity instructor at Mt. Hood Community College. Tobin’s academics include a Masters of Education from Portland State university where he earned in teaching certificate, and a Masters of Cybersecurity from Western Governor’s university where he also took coursework which led him to become a Certified Ethical Hacker and Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator
