Judson Birkel

Judson Birkel (birkel_judson@salkeiz.k12.or.us) teaches Computer Science, Web Development, and Robotics at South Salem High School. Having been inspired by his high school programming teacher, Judson decided to pursue teaching CS as a career and returned to his home town in order to give back to his community. Judson’s favorite part about teaching is when students reach that moment where learning programming becomes an exciting self-guided hobby and they take their education into their own hands.
